Obituary for Wanda Hanke
Our dear mother Wanda Gail Hanke sadly passed away on Monday November 14th 2022 at 6:11 PM, at the age of 65.
She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her. Her children were her life. She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community at Springriver Christian Village where she lived since August 26th, 2013. Her best friend was Mary Meek who we all love very much.
She loved cooking. Her best dish was fried chicken and homemade biscuits. She loved having pizza parties with her children and grandchildren. She also loved playing lotto scratchers when she could.
She is survived by her mother Marjorie Anderson of Emporia Kansas. 2 children Bethany Hanna and Daniel Hanna of Joplin Missouri. 3 Grandchildren Tree Hanna, Jensen Hanna, and River Hanna. 4 sisters Kim Daniels, Tammy Herron, Donna Anderson and Barbie Chitick. 1 brother John Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her father Delmar Anderson and her older brother Douglas Anderson.
