He was born in Joplin to John Madison and Bertha (Shivley) on July 13th, 1945. Leonard lived in Seneca most his life and worked Construction (concrete finisher).
Leonard is survived by son Dennis Madison and wife, Nicole of Seneca, daughter Shelia Stanley and husband, David of Seneca, daughter Shirley Madison of Kingston OK, and son Charles Madison and wife, Debbie of Joplin, Missouri. 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his wife Betty (Williams) Madison, Five brothers Jake, Henry, John, Harrison & Jiggs, Sisters Fern and Mable and 2 grandchildren Jace Charles Madison and Shelby Lynn Madison.
Visitation will be held Thursday Oct 6, 2022 from 7p-8p at Mason Woodard Funeral Home. Graveside will be held at 2pm Friday Oct 7, 2022 at Seneca Cemetery in Seneca Missouri.
