Peggy Lee Rustin, age 65, of Webb City, MO, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at her home, following courageous battles with multiple lifelong illnesses.

So sorry for the loss of our dear family member. Mom and Dad always thought of Larry and Peggy as their own kids, and I certainly enjoyed growing up around them. Peggy took me to apply for my Social Security card back in 1977 so I could start my working career. I never forgot it and enjoyed riding in her cool red Mustang. She was such a joy to be around and such a perfect match for Larry. I got some construction experience by helping build their first house, I was one of the first on the scene the night of the car crash south of Goodman, and have enjoyed watching 2 beautiful daughters become wives and mothers. Peggy was absolutely an Angel here on earth and has fulfilled her obligations of gracing us with her presence. She has lived her whole life to be where she is now. I’m so proud to have known her and hope she saves us all a place in heaven. I will keep the family in my prayers for peace and strength.
