I first met Deb when I started being the counselor at the Junior High. The more I got to know Deb I started calling her "The Thinker". She thought in great depth unlike me who makes fast decisions. Sometimes the action was decided before she came back with her answer or idea. I respect the time she took to think things through--you should not be in a hurry to get the answer. :) Deb is the teacher that convinced my daughter to come to WC in the 7th grade. Deb was influential & helped change students' lives. She had a heart for "turning them on " to math. A year or two could go by until I would see her again ,but she would still be the same happy, smiling person I shared life with during the "golden years" at the WCJH. A group of teachers and staff worked hard, collaborated about the students to support them, and respected each other (and had some fun times). Will miss you my friend. Linda Wilson
