Obituary for Sondra Gale McGee
Sondra Gale McGee, age 75 of Joplin, Missouri passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2020 at Solace House in Joplin with her loving husband at her side.
Sondra was born on December 5, 1945 in Kansas City, Mo., to the late Chester “Chet” and Ruby Lee Goodwin. Sondra was united in marriage on June 7, 1967 to James “Jim” McGee. To this union three children were born, Christine Renee, Danielle Louise, and Nathan Daniel. She was a housewife and stay at home mother. She loved her children and being their mom was her greatest joy. Sondra was blessed with two granddaughters whom she loved dearly.
Sondra was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Jim McGee of the home, daughters Christine McGee and Danielle McGee of San Francisco, Ca., and son Nathan McGee and wife Jennifer of Cedar Park, Tx., and two granddaughters, Catherine Grace McGee, and Elaine Jennifer McGee.
Funeral services will take place once it is safe again for the family to come together and gather.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary and Crematory.
