Obituary for Linda Inman

Linda Hope Inman, age 70, of Carl Junction, MO, went to be with the Lord on Sunday December 6, 2020, at the home of her daughter, following an illness.

Linda was born on August 3, 1950 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of the late Eugene and Helen L. (Daw) Gordon. She was a homemaker and was devoted to the care of her family. She was a former president of the Joplin Housing Authority Board. She enjoyed gardening, and volunteering as a caregiver. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, they were her joy.

Linda is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Hill and partner Steven, Golden City, MO; a son, Matthew Gordon, Joplin; seven grandchildren, Matthew, Breanna, Lauren, Keegan, Seth, Darcie, and Summer; and three great-grandchildren, Gracelynn, Andie, and Harley. Also, her fur baby, Daisy.

It was Linda’s wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held later this spring. Contact her daughter Kimberly for more information. Memorial contributions may be given to Restart at restartinc.org.
