Ronald preceded her in death on June 4, 2006. She married Vern Groth on July 17, 2000. He preceded her in death on June 3, 2008.
Willa is survived by her two daughters, Janet Terry and Debbie Terry, both of Webb City, MO; a cousin that she treated like a daughter, Neely Burkhart, Racine, MO; a step-son, Kim Groth and wife Sandy, Seneca, MO; two brothers, Gordon Souder and wife Rebecca, Carthage, MO, and Harley Souder and wife Myrna, Riverton, KS; one sister Beverly Moser and husband John, Duenweg, MO; six grandchildren, Laura, Cindy, Debbie, Sharron, Harley, and Henry; and eight great-grandchildren.

Thank you Janet and Debbie for allowing me to care for and get to know your Mom. I feel blessed that I was able to spend time with her and in that short amount of time she was able to win my heart as a forever friend. I remember her and I laughing as Bella would run from room to room playing with a toy or when your Mom would win a few dollars on a slot machine at the casino. I remember one night, she was singing "Pop Goes the Weasel" in her sleep. It warmed my heart so much. She was a beautiful woman and I'm so thankful I have sweet memories of her. I will miss her laughter, smiles, and fun nature. I loved your Mom and will miss her deeply.
