Obituary for Robert George
Robert George, age 77 of Joplin, Missouri passed away Monday March 30, 2020.
He was born September 26, 1942 in Electra, Texas to Harold and Joyce George.
Robert worked in the trucking industry as an owner/operator as well as for Tri-State, Dyno Noble and R & R Trucking.. He attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.
He married Dixie West in 1976 and she survives. Robert is also survived by two sons, Jayson George, Michael George; two daughters, Becky George, Erin Kropp and husband Paul, one step brother, Freddie Bidelspach, and six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Friday April 3, 2020 at the Oronogo Cemetery with Bishop Russ Kemp officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
