Obituary for Casey Butcher
Casey Butcher, age 43 of Jasper, Missouri passed away Friday February 14, 2020.
He was born November 2, 1976 in Joplin, Missouri to Bruce and Carol (Baker) Butcher.
Casey was the director of the former McCune Brooks Ambulance Service, he also worked as a paramedic for METS, dispatcher for JASCO, SWAT paramedic for METS and was a volunteer firefighter for Tri-City Fire Department. He graduated from Webb City High School where he was involved with football and band. Casey was an Eagle Scout for Troop 32.
He is survived by his parents, one daughter, London Nicole Butcher; one brother, Tony Butcher, as well as numerous extended family and a huge group of friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday February 21, 2020 at Christ's Church of Oronogo with Tim Sumners officiating. Burial will follow at Friends Purcell Cemetery. The family will be present for a time of visitation Thursday 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary Joplin, Missouri.
