Obituary for Roger Irving Mullin
Roger Irving Mullin, age 71, of Carthage, Mo, passed away on Tuesday November 12, 2019, at his home, following a sudden illness.
Roger was born on July 25, 1948 the son of the late Charles and Gladys (Dale) Mullin. He has been a lifetime area resident. He married Alice Petty on June 7, 1975. Together they raised three children. He worked many years for Steadly’s retiring in 1993. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Diamond. He loved collecting sports cards and the St. Louis Cardinals.
He was preceded in death by his wife Alice Mullin on March 7, 2014. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ted and Steve Mullin.
Roger is survived by two sons, Ryan Mullin and wife LeaAnne, Carthage, MO and Randy Mullin, Lodi, WI; a daughter, Robyn Mullin-Lomax and husband Jack, St. Paul, TX; a brother, David Mullin, Anderson, MO; a sister, Patsy Arnold, of Arkansas; and two grandchildren, Addyson Lomax and Jaxon Lomax.
A memorial visitation will be held 3-5 p.m. Saturday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Diamond First Baptist Church in care of the mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
