Fran was a special person in my teaching life. She guided, encouraged and mentored me from the first year I taught at West Central and over the years. We served on the Professional Development Committee together, and she came to my classroom at Cecil Floyd when MaryBeth was in my room, to tutor some of the other kids. I was blessed to have know her. My deepest sympathy to your family.

Mrs. Shepherd was my favorite teacher at Lafayette so many years ago... she had such an impact on my life when my parents were separated. She even came to my church when I got baptized. I am 56 years old and I still remember her kindness. God rest her soul. ♡
