Sheri Kennedy, age 65, of rural Carl Junction, MO passed away at 6:16 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2012 at her home.

Sheri was born November 10, 1946 in Elmhurst, Illinois. She had lived in the Carl Junction area since 1994, moving here from Kenosha, Wisconsin. Sheri was a Homemaker and very interested in Genealogy. Sheri was an animal lover, breeding Old English Sheepdogs, St. Bernards and Bassett Hounds. She was proud of all of “Grandma’s Pups”.

Sheri married Charles J. Kennedy February 18, 1966 in Wheaton, Illinois, and he survives. Additional survivors include a son Robert C. Kennedy and wife Kim, Carl Junction, Missouri; one daughter, Tania Koch and husband Jeff, North Port, Florida; two brothers, Ernest Noyce and wife Debbie, Scammon, Kansas, and Bill Noyce; one sister, Kathy Gates, Tucson, Arizona; nine grandchildren, Ashley, James, Kendall, Kaylen, Gabe, Annika, Benny, Maggie, and Charley; and one great grandson, Aiden. She was preceded in death by a son, William E. Kennedy, and a daughter- in-law, Brandy Kennedy.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Hedge-Lewis Chapel in Webb City. Burial will be in the Carl Junction Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Chapel. After the service, the family will gather with friends at the home of Robert and Kim Kennedy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hedge-Lewis Funeral Home of Webb City, MO.
