Condolence: David had supported our Contractor Transportation Management Association group over the years and will be missed. His kind heart and soul is what I looked forward to when I would see him once a year. A great individual and leader.

Condolence: David was a faithful friend. We worked together at both Tri-State and in Oklahoma City. He always had time for you when needed. He will be sorely missed and leaves an empty spot in my heart. Sleep well my friend sleep well.
