We are so sorry to hear about your loss of such a great woman. Fran was the greatest employer I have ever had! My 5 years with Fron-Tronics taught me so many great skills and lessons that help me every day in my Engineering Career. Ron, Fran, and Phil offered me such a great opportunity as I travelled through College. Fran was always such a positive person who kept this college kid on track. I am so deeply saddened and will miss the great conversations we shared over the years, many over the last 13 years since I worked at the Shack. Fran always treated us like Family.
