Obituary for Charlene Harris
She attended schools in Anderson, MO. After graduation, she married Paul Harris in 1959 sharing fifty-eight happy years together. They were blessed with two sons; David E. Harris and Gregg Lee Harris.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Gregg. She leaves behind her husband Paul Harris, Joplin; one son, David Harris and his wife Jamie, Webb City, MO; five sisters, Linda Slagle and her husband Ray, Goodman, MO, Kathy Spencer and her husband Gordon, Stella, MO, Sandra Cole and her husband Danny, Seneca, MO, Jo Baldwin, Centerton, AR, and Laura Frossard and her husband, Lennie, Seneca, MO; one brother, Cecil O’Brien, Goodman, MO; nine grandchildren, Tara Rainey, Delta Kinsman, Jacob Kinsman, Mike Harris, Chris Weston, Kayla Harris, Lance Hansen, Megan Hansen, and MacKenzie Hansen; three great grandsons; one great granddaughter; and many more that she considered hers. Her greatest joys were road trips with Paul and her family.
Her family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, at Mason-Woodard Mortuary. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Ozark Memorial Park.
