Orrick, Mo. Charles O. Jaggars, age 81, of Orrick, Mo., a former Joplin, Mo. resident, passed away at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016 at his home in Orrick. Charles was born July 27, 1934 in Joplin, the son of Charles and Marie Wilson Jaggars. He was a 1952 graduate of Joplin High School. Charles was a union painter for over 50 years. He was a member of the District Council #3, Local Union 2012, Raytown, Mo.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Jaggars, and wife Diana, Orrick, Mo., and Randy Jaggars, and wife Tammy, Cameron, Mo., and six grandchildren, Karen, Kaitlin, Kristen, Kelly, Andy, and Noah Jaggars.

The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary in Joplin, followed by graveside services at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery with Randy L. Wilson, Minister, officiating. Those honoring Charles’ life by serving as pallbearers will be Mike Jaggars, Zack Jaggars, Eric Conrow, Gary Price, Karen Jaggars, Kaitlin Jaggars, Kristen Jaggars, and Kelly Jaggars. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary of Joplin, Mo.
